What's new with us?
Colton: he got a new calling in church. He's now the Elder's Quorum President. So he's busy between us, work and church! He worked hard to put in a winter lawn in our front yard and backyard and we are waiting to see the luscious green grass start coming up!
Me: I joined the "metal mouth club". I got braces on 10/23. I only have to have them for 18 months though! Go me. I have a new found sympathy for kids/people who get braces. I'm pretty sure I probably lost a few pounds because eating hurt so bad for a few days that it wasn't even worth trying.
Paige: She's been talking SO much more lately! I can't even count how many words she can say anymore. She's also weirdly obsessed with the moon. and airplanes. She loves being outside. All day she asks to go "ouside".
Jade: She's still just mostly sleeping, eating and pooping.. well kind of. She's one of those babies who goes like every 7-10 days. Which is odd for me seeing as Paige went after almost every feeding. So I got the extremes on both ends of that topic. haha!
Jade puts herself to sleep around 8:30-9:00pm, she sleeps until 5:00am-eats-goes back to sleep until about 8:30am. So she's pretty much a rockstar sleeper!

Our chocolate lab puppy might drive me nuts constantly kissing the girls but she sure loves them and watches over them.
General Conference weekend we pulled out our mattress, pigged out on delicious treats and meals and watch all four sessions together. Paige LOVED having our bed out there, basically for jumping on, but Colton and I were able to listen to about 90% of conference. With 2 kids under a year and a half... that's a miracle!
She enjoyed General Conference too... mostly for all the snuggles

Saturday evening, while the men went to Priesthood sesssion, my mother in law and one of my best friends, also named Erica so bonus points for her, went to Chick Fil A to let the kids play. When you have more fun than kids in a play place eating ice cream, you know you have amazing friends and family. ;)

Yes I take a million pictures of my girls in the same positions... it's hard not to want to document every day and every tiny thing they do.
I started working again and it's been nice. However, it means less time snuggling my baby and that's been hard. I literally spent the last 3 weeks holding her. I guess having a new office mate isn't so bad though ;)
Twice at my OB appointments, while checking for dilation, my doctor said he could feel Jade's fingers grabbing his. Now it all makes perfect sense!

10/24. Crescent Ward Youth Conference. Biking 48 miles from the Phoenix temple to the Mesa temple after doing temple work for a family member. Such an awesome day! Not a single youth (or leader ;]) quit.
Dayton from the Mormon Message "Dayton's Legs" rode the whole way with them. They went on to bike from the Mesa temple to the Gilbert temple.
Erica Homstrom, myself and Stori Brown. Basically 2 of the most incredible women I've been blessed to become friends with this last year since we moved into the ward.
This little peanut went on her first youth conference.. without even realizing it. She was a champ! We woke up at 3:30am and didn't get home until 4:30pm and she rocked it!
I'm pretty sure Jade thinks our family is crazy! haha!
Paige has lately wanted to hold Jade 24/7! Which is precious.. until I need to make dinner or do those "mom/wife" chores. Then I fear the whole time she's going to pick her up. She seriously never leaves Jade alone. It's cute! She helps throw away diapers.. even though she sniffs them all first because Colton and her have a little "game" they play with Paige's baby doll who needs diaper changes and she loves to burp her after I'm done nursing. It's cool to watch how motherly girls are at such a young age.
One day Jade will love it.. hopefully! haha
She took the bottle out of my hand and fed Jade on her own. Which was super convenient for me!
