Colton, myself, my mom, brother Ryan, Colton's parents, my brother and his daughter all went to the opening day for the Dbacks! Colton played baseball for 11 years and this game was our first one going together. Seems a bit ironic huh? It was a BLAST! Colton and I even went back for our second game together sitting in the Diamond level with a personal server with my brother and Colton's parents. I'm not a huge baseball fan (I won't watch it on t.v.) but i do like going down to the ballpark and watching games.
On May 4th, I ran a 5k in Flagstaff with my sister called the Color Vibe. It was my first official "run" and I can't wait to do the same race when it comes to Mesa in November. Basically, everyone is just having a blast throwing paint (just colored starch) and completing the 3 miles. My sister didn't like it but I loved it! If you can believe it, this top picture was taken BEFORE we started running. :)

Over Mother's Day weekend (Friday - Saturday), Colton and I went camping at Wood's Canyon Lake with my dad, brother Mark and my brother Cam with his family and of course we brought Bella. I was freezing the entire night and got the worst nights sleep on the ground but hey, that's camping, right? I did make some AMAZING tin foil dinners for everyone for dinner though.

Camping entertainment = watching her get off and on the rock for 30 minutes. Smiling and dancing each time she got up there.
Colton's one request was he had to get beef jerky for the road trip

My favorite part of the post... where I get to brag about how amazing Colton is :) Sometimes I can hardly remember what life was like before I met him. I'm happy I found the person that makes me laugh every single day! Here is a little glimpse as to why he is such a keeper:
